Who are we?
The Search was founded in 2021 by Penny Daniels. Penny has worked in Recruitment & Executive Search for nearly a decade, leading specialist HR practices within both FTSE250 and smaller specialist firms.
We are a small, highly specialist and boutique HR Executive Search firm who specialise in partnering the most innovative leaders across People & Culture, Talent, and Diversity & Inclusion with the world's most exciting businesses.
We work across a variety of sectors, but have a particular track-record working with Tech and Consumer businesses, and scale-ups at varying stages of growth.
